UVLRx Intravenous UV Light Therapy’s direct-to-blood delivery method treats blood intravenously, without the need for removal or the use of blood thinners or additives.
Once an I.V. site is established, the system calibration and setup takes a matter of minutes. A patient sits comfortably during the 60-minute therapeutic light treatment.
The single-setup treatment runs for 60 minutes including:
- 30 minutes of Red and UVA
- 30 minutes of Red and Green

Compounded Therapeutic Delivery
Each unique wavelength administered, triggers or modulates distinct biological mechanisms within the body. The selectively combined wavelengths trigger complimentary biological pathways.
During the first 30 minutes of the 60-minute cycle, UVA and Red are administered concurrently, during the remaining 30 minutes, Red and Green are administered concurrently.
Chronic Fatigue Study:
A Polychromatic Light Emitting Diode System to Deliver Low Dose Light Directly into a Peripheral Intravascular Catheter for Improving Chronic Fatigue (UVL_0008 and_0009).
A current study is assessing a new treatment to reduce chronic fatigue.
Many subjects can be affected by chronic fatigue. This research study is to evaluate the feasibility of an investigational device that administers low-light energy through an intravascular (IV) catheter. Accordingly, subjects will receive normal saline solution while concurrently receiving light therapy. The study will involve fifteen (15) treatments and a total of seventeen (17) visits to the treatment site.
